At PIXLIP, we are aware of our economic and ecological responsibility. Ecological Responsibility
We know: The earth's ecosystem is not infinitely resilient. Our declared goal is therefore to reduce our direct and indirect environmental impact. When developing our products, we therefore always focus on our eco-effectiveness.
Lighting system
Rising energy costs and scarce resources are driving more and more users to switch to energy-efficient solutions such as LED technology. The low power consumption of LEDs ensures low CO2 emissions.
Recycling. Unlike energy-saving lamps, LEDs do not contain any toxins or harmful substances such as mercury and can therefore be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and without much effort. There is therefore no dangerous UV and infrared radiation, so that, for example, plastics do not suffer from the lighting and colors do not fade.
Reusability
Thanks to our high quality standards and our textile change system, all PIXLIP products are characterized by a long service life. Furthermore, we work only with resource suppliers that operate ethically and follow all required regulations and laws.
In addition, our GO and PX systems are optimized for reusability thanks to their modular concept, which can be recombined and expanded at any time, our online shop features replacement parts, expansion parts and more to protect not only the environment, but also your pockets.
Recycled aluminum
80% of our products contain more than one-third secondary aluminum. Recycled aluminum requires only 5% of the energy used in primary production and guarantees the same quality as the raw material.
Our supplier is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 as well as ISO 14001:2004 + Cor1:2009 (Quality and Environmental Management System) and is logistically located in the immediate vicinity of our production. Long transport routes and the associated environmental impact can therefore be avoided, further advancing our sustainability goals.
Packaging system
We completely eliminate plastic from our packaging design. Our cartons are made of 100% recycled waste paper without compromising stability. The packaging therefore serves equally well as a transport and storage option. Our lightweight aluminum profiles ensure low packaging weight, which has a positive effect on CO2 consumption - both on the roads and in the air.
Recycling Bags
At PIXLIP, textile waste is not thrown away but forwarded to a sewing shop in the region, which uses it to make promotional items such as bags. We are thus trying to promote this action so that all customers have the opportunity to give their old textile prints a second life. Reach out to us to receive instructions for your own textile print to be recycled by your local sewing shop!
Social engagement
As a company, we are of course also committed to charitable projects in our local area. Particularly important to us is our cooperation with local workshops where people with physical disabilities work and are paid. We also support the Cologne Paria Foundation, which uses experiential education and playful activities to help children, young people and families in particularly difficult situations.

We support our employees in making the most of their potential and opportunities. For extra-occupational courses of study or further training, we offer not only financial but also organizational assistance.
Feel good
Our employees spend a large part of their day at work. We want them to feel comfortable here and have therefore created an open office environment where possible. All office equipment was developed and designed in collaboration with colleagues and is based on our lighting systems. During break times, our employees can enjoy the sun on the terrace, let off steam at the punching bag or play mini-golf in our showroom. With company and summer parties, Christmas celebrations or joint water skiing excursions, we also want to promote a sense of community.
Health
The health of our employees is also of utmost importance to us. Regular safety training and first-aid courses are naturally mandatory. In addition, free Pilates training is offered once a week, primarily to battle back problems that most office workers face at some point. Ergonomic chairs and sitting balls, as well as height-adjustable desks, are also available to improve the quality of life at PIXLIP.
